We cannot sadly, currently offer engineers or technicians to fix your existing tap or boiler. Boiling water taps are powered byan electric-powered hot water boiler tank. These tanks which are normally stored under the sink counter top, connect directly into your kitchen power socket and also to your normal water supply. This system heats the water, which is stored within its tank until you activate your kitchen tap's boiling water function (normally a child-safe button), at that moment this super heated water is dispensed instantly.
