Whilst The Tap Specialist is a retailer rather than a manufacturer, we can assist our customers if their order is within warranty - simply email, live chat or call the team for help.

We cannot sadly, currently offer engineers or technicians to fix your existing tap or boiler. We do however recommend, if your product is still in warranty, to please contact your original retailer, and or manufacturer via these links: Abode, Billi, Grohe, Carron Phoenix, Ellsi, Franke, Hot Spot Titanium, InSinkErator, Intu, Perrin & Rowe, Prima, Reginox, Waterlogic Zip Water.  And after that, if you're still unable to fix - contact our team about your replacement tap requirements - they'll be happy to share any available promo codes or relevant offers!

We sell accessories for most brands rather than parts, but we do sell separate taps and boiler /chiller tanks for the InSinkErator brand. We can bespoke order separate taps and units for the Billi brand please contact the team for details. Boiling water taps are powered by an electric-powered hot water boiler tank. These tanks which are normally stored under the sink counter top, connect directly into your kitchen power socket and also to your normal water supply. This system heats the water, which is stored within its tank until you activate your kitchen tap's boiling water function (normally a child-safe button), at that moment this super heated water is dispensed instantly

The Tap Specialist stocks a wide range of filtered Boiling and /or filtered Cold Side Taps for your kitchen sink. These instant taps act as companion taps to your domestic hot and cold and are often smaller.
