The Billi Sahara 360 Series 3 XL is a high-capacity boiling and filtered ambient water tap designed for busy offices and commercial workplaces of up to 60 people.

Delivering up to 180 cups of boiling water per hour, the Sahara 360 provides instant filtered boiling and ambient drinking water from one stylish XL levered dispenser – helping replace kettles, water bottles and traditional hot-water systems in the workplace.

Its exceptionally compact under-counter unit makes the Billi Sahara 360 particularly suited to offices where cupboard and kitchen space is at a premium.

Billi filtration helps reduce unwanted contaminants and impurities from the incoming water supply, providing fresh filtered drinking water on demand.

Energy-Efficient Thermostore Technology

The Sahara uses Billi's Thermostore tank technology and insulation to minimise unnecessary energy consumption.

The system can also be programmed around workplace operating hours using 7-day and 24-hour settings, while standby functionality allows the unit to power down when it isn't required.

No Cupboard Ventilation Required

Unlike many commercial water systems, the Billi Sahara requires no cupboard ventilation grille.

There is also no cooling fan required for the ambient-water system, helping simplify installation while preserving valuable cupboard space.

Integrated Boiling Water Safety

The Sahara includes an integrated safety switch for boiling water.

When activated, a red lock icon is displayed. Pressing the safety control releases the lock and allows boiling water to flow.

After approximately eight seconds of inactivity, the system automatically returns to safety mode.

Controlled, Splash-Reducing Water Delivery

Billi electronically controls the flow of boiling water through the dispenser.

The flow is deliberately managed as water leaves the tap to help reduce splashing when filling cups and suitable containers – an important consideration in busy shared workplace kitchens.

Billi XL Levered Dispenser

The XL Levered Dispenser combines Billi's commercial water technology with a streamlined contemporary design suitable for modern office kitchens, breakout areas and commercial interiors.

Position-sensitive levers make operation simple, while the integrated boiling-water safety control provides additional protection for workplace users.

The dispenser can be installed directly over a sink or positioned independently on the worktop with a compatible Billi drainage font.

Billi Sahara Filtration & Limescale Protection

Correct filtration is particularly important for commercial boiling-water systems.

The Sahara 360 includes an internal Fibredyne 5.0 micron filter, but an appropriate Billi limescale filter must be purchased separately for installation.

For high-use commercial applications, we recommend the Billi Limescale Filter for High Use.

Filter replacement frequency will depend on water quality and usage, with replacement typically required every 6–12 months.

Professional Billi Installation Options

The Billi Sahara 360 can be purchased for installation by your own suitably qualified installer, or you can select our Expert Installation Package.

With professional installation, a trained Billi engineer can install and configure your Sahara system for your workplace requirements.

Installation options can include:

• Professional Billi engineer installation

• Over-sink installation

• Worktop installation with drainage font

• Composite drainage font cut-out where applicable

• Removal and disposal of an existing tap or system by prior arrangement

A drainage font is not normally required when the dispenser is installed directly over a suitable sink.

Please note that specialist worktop materials such as granite and quartz may require cutting by an appropriate worktop contractor.
