WaterBlock Anti-Flood Device

A WaterBlock Anti-Flood Device is strongly recommended on all commercial HydroTap installations to provide automatic leak protection and help satisfy building specifications, facilities management requirements and insurer expectations.

The WaterBlock automatically shuts off the water supply if abnormal water flow is detected, helping protect buildings, equipment and assets from water damage.

Zip Scale Protection Filter Kit

For hard water areas, a Zip Scale Protection Filter Kit is strongly recommended to:

Reduce limescale build-up
Maintain system efficiency
Extend product lifespan
Reduce maintenance requirements

Particularly important in London and other hard water regions.

Can Zip Install include tap cut outs on Corian Worktops?

- The Zip Pro team can cut tap holes for install in worktops made in these materials: Hardwood Laminate, Stainless Steel (up to 5mm), Maia, Corian, Granite, Quartz or Marble but this has to be prebooked -please request from our team upon install, for Granite composite -please let us know the materials and we can check if you wish.

Can I Adjust The Temperature Of My Zip Hydrotap?

Yes! Zip Water HydroTaps do have adjustable temp control, the video here at 1min 13 secs has a handy guide on this in summary:
- Boiling can be set between 68°C and 99°C, whilst Chilled can be set 5°C-15°C. Sparkling levels can also be adjusted!

How often do I need to refill the CO2 canister/cylinder of my Zip Hydrotap for Home?

Usage:

CO2 Consumption:Each CO2 canister in a residential Zip HydroTap can carbonate up to 120 liters of sparkling water.

Usage:If you drink roughly one litre of sparkling water daily, a single CO2 canister might last around four months.

Individual Needs:If you drink less, the canister will last longer.

Low CO2 Indicator:The HydroTap's G5 command center can also notify you when the CO2 level is running low.

Q. Can ZIP engineers cut into the worktop?

A. Zip engineers can cut holes in worktops excluding Dekton, Marble and certain granite worktops - please enquire with our team if you require further details.
