1. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents only

  • Aged 18 years or over

  • Employees of The Tap Specialist, associated brands, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are excluded

2. Promotional Period

  • Campaign live: 9th–20th December 2025

  • Final entry deadline for ALL prize draws:
    🕛 5th January 2026 at midnight

  • Winner draw & contact:
    ✅ Week commencing 5th January 2026

3. Prize Days vs Offer Days

  • These are competition-based entries

  • Winners are selected by random draw

  • All valid entries are held until 5th January 2026

🔥 Offer Days

  • These are non-competition promotional offers

  • Offers are valid only for the stated time/date

  • ⚠️ Offer days do NOT count as competition entry

4. How to Enter (Prize Days Only)

All entries must be made via the @the_tapspecialist Instagram account only.

Each individual prize post will clearly state its own required entry steps, which may include one or more of the following:

  • Following @the_tapspecialist

  • Following the brand partner tagged on that post

  • Liking and saving the post

  • Tagging two (2) or more friends in the comments

  • Signing up via the newsletter link in bio

  • Extra entry options include: Sharing the post to Instagram Stories and tagging @the_tapspecialist


⚠️ Only entries that fully comply with the exact entry steps listed on that individual post will be valid.

Entries made via:

  • Any other Instagram account

  • Facebook, email, website, DM, or any other platform
    ❌ will not be counted.

5. Prizes

  • Prizes are as described in each individual daily post

  • No cash alternative unless explicitly stated

  • Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable

  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected by random draw

  • Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM and/or email

  • Winners must respond within 72 hours

  • If no response is received within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize

7. Delivery of Prizes

  • Physical prizes will be delivered to UK mainland addresses only unless otherwise stated

  • Digital prizes (including gift cards and discount codes) will be delivered via email

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier and fulfilment partner

8. Offers & Discount Days

  • All promotional offers are:

    • Subject to stock availability

    • Valid only within the stated promotional window

    • Limited to one per customer unless otherwise stated

  • Offers cannot be applied retrospectively

  • Contacting winners

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every email.

Personal data will:

  • Be processed in accordance with UK GDPR

  • Not be sold to third parties

  • Only be shared with brand partners where strictly required for prize fulfilment

11. Promoter Rights

The Promoter reserves the right to:

  • Amend these Terms & Conditions

  • Withdraw, cancel, or suspend the promotion

  • Void entries that breach these Terms
    where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

12. Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

  • Late, lost, corrupted, incomplete or misdirected entries

  • Technical failures of any kind

  • Delays in prize delivery beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control
