Terms and Conditions for The Tap Specialist #12daysofxmas Giveaway Dec 2024

Eligibility

1. The #12daysofxmas giveaway is open to UK residents only.

2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

3. Employees of The Tap Specialist, its affiliates, and any partners involved in the giveaway, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Entry Requirements

4. Entry is via our official Instagram page only (@thetapspecialist).

5. To enter, participants must:

• Follow @thetapspecialist on Instagram.

• Complete the specific entry instructions outlined in each giveaway post (e.g., liking the post, tagging friends, or sharing to their stories).

6. Only entries received during the specified time frame for each daily giveaway will be considered.

7. Multiple entries are permitted where stated in the post, provided each entry adheres to the instructions (e.g., additional tags).

Giveaway Period

8. The giveaway runs from 8 December 2024 to 5 January 2025 midnight except where detailed in the posts, with individual deadlines for each giveaway detailed.

9. Each daily giveaway will open and close as per the timings detailed for each specific day. For example, the Day 1 giveaway closes at midnight on 18th December 2024, with the winners contacted on 19th December 2024. These will be shared and announced as soon as possible following confirmation of winners’ details. Please refer to the daily Instagram posts for specific timings.

Prizes

10. The prizes for each day are detailed in the corresponding Instagram post.

11. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative items.

12. The Tap Specialist reserves the right to substitute prizes with similar items of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection and Notification

13. Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

14. Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of the giveaway closing.

15. Winners must respond to the notification message within 72 hours to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner.

General Conditions

16. The Tap Specialist reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the entry requirements or appear to involve fraudulent activity.

17. By entering, participants agree to their name and/or Instagram handle being used in promotional materials related to the giveaway.

18. The Tap Specialist and its partners are not responsible for technical issues or errors that may result in entries being delayed or not received.

19. Any personal data collected as part of this giveaway will be handled in accordance with The Tap Specialist’s privacy policy.

Liability

20. The Tap Specialist and its partners will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by participation in the giveaway or acceptance of any prize, except where required by law.

Governing Law

21. The giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by English law, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
