HALCYAN50 £50 Gift Voucher – Full Terms & Conditions
The HALCYAN50 promotional offer is provided by The Tap Specialist exclusively for eligible members of the Halcyan Trade Programme.

Offer: The promotional code HALCYAN50 entitles eligible customers to £50 off a qualifying order placed with The Tap Specialist.

Minimum spend: A minimum order value of £300 is required to redeem the offer. The £300 qualifying spend is calculated before the £50 promotional discount is applied.

How to redeem: Visit www.thetapspecialist.co.uk, add qualifying products to your basket and enter HALCYAN50 in the discount code box at checkout. The £50 discount will be applied to an eligible order.

Eligibility: The offer is exclusively available to eligible Halcyan Trade Programme members and is not available for general public use.

One use per customer: The promotional code may be redeemed once per customer.

No cash alternative: The £50 promotional discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, a gift card or any other alternative.

Other promotions: HALCYAN50 cannot be used in conjunction with another promotional or discount code, unless expressly stated otherwise by The Tap Specialist.

Retrospective discounts: The code cannot be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been placed.

Full order cancellations: If an order using HALCYAN50 is cancelled in full, the customer will be refunded the amount actually paid for the order, subject to The Tap Specialist's standard cancellation terms. The £50 promotional discount will not be refunded as cash or credit.

Full order returns: If all products from a qualifying order are returned and accepted for refund, the customer will receive a refund of the amount actually paid, subject to The Tap Specialist's standard returns policy. The £50 promotional discount itself has no refundable cash value.

Partial cancellations or returns: If part of an order is cancelled or returned and this reduces the value of the products retained by the customer to below the £300 qualifying spend, the order will no longer qualify for the £50 promotion. The promotional discount may therefore be deducted when calculating the refund due.

Orders remaining above £300: If, following a partial cancellation or return, the value of the qualifying products retained remains £300 or more, the £50 promotional discount will remain applicable and the refund will be calculated accordingly, subject to the standard returns policy.

Example: If a customer places a £350 qualifying order, applies HALCYAN50 and pays £300, then subsequently returns £100 of products, the retained order value becomes £250. As this falls below the £300 qualifying threshold, the £50 promotional discount would no longer apply. Subject to the applicable returns terms, the refund would therefore be £50 rather than £100.

Re-use following cancellation or return: The HALCYAN50 code will not automatically be reinstated following a cancellation or return and cannot be transferred to another order unless otherwise agreed by The Tap Specialist.

Returns, cancellations and warranties: All purchases remain subject to The Tap Specialist's standard Terms & Conditions, delivery, cancellation, returns and warranty policies, including any exclusions that may apply to bespoke, personalised or made-to-order products.

Misuse: The Tap Specialist reserves the right to refuse, cancel or withdraw the promotional discount where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, fraudulent activity or an attempt to circumvent these promotional terms.

Changes to the promotion: The Tap Specialist reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary. This will not affect any rights customers may have in relation to orders already accepted.

Acceptance: By using promotional code HALCYAN50, the customer is deemed to have accepted these promotional terms and conditions.
