May Trade Hub Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to all registered members of The Tap Specialist Trade Hub who are residents of the UK and aged 18 or over. Employees of The Tap Specialist, their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

To be automatically entered into the giveaway, customers must:

Be a registered Trade Hub member.
Place at least one order through The Tap Specialist Trade Hub between 1st May 2025 and 31st May 2025 (inclusive).

No minimum spend is required to qualify. Multiple entries are permitted—each separate order placed during the promotion period qualifies as a separate entry.

3. Prize

One winner will receive a Luxury NEMI Tea Chest, containing a curated selection of premium teas.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the giveaway closes.
The winner will be contacted via email within 7 days of the closing date.
If no response is received within 5 working days, The Tap Specialist reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

5. Publicity

The winner may be asked to participate in promotional activity, including providing a photo of themselves and/or their team enjoying the prize for use in The Tap Specialist’s trade newsletter and marketing materials. Participation is voluntary and not a condition of entry.

6. General

The Tap Specialist reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the giveaway at any time without notice.
By entering the giveaway, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
